1. Introduction

Never Late ("we", "our", or "the app") helps families build better morning routines. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information collected through the app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2. Data We Collect

The app uses Google Firebase services, which may automatically collect the following:

• Analytics data (via Firebase Analytics): app usage events, session duration, screens viewed, device model, operating system version, language, and country.
• Crash and performance data (via Firebase Crashlytics): crash logs, stack traces, device state at the time of a crash, and app version.
• Advertising identifier: the Android Advertising ID may be collected by Firebase Analytics to support aggregated analytics. It is not used for ad targeting.

We do not collect names, email addresses, photos, location data, contacts, or any other personally identifiable information.

3. How We Use the Data

The collected data is used solely to:

• Understand how the app is used so we can improve it.
• Identify and fix crashes and bugs.
• Monitor app performance and stability.

4. Third-Party Services

Data collected through Firebase is processed by Google LLC in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. No data is shared with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

Firebase Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Crashlytics data is retained for 90 days. After these periods the data is automatically deleted by Google.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is designed for family use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the app does not require accounts or collect identifiable data, no age-gated data collection occurs.

7. Your Choices

• You can reset or opt out of the Android Advertising ID in your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads.
• You can request deletion of analytics data associated with your device by contacting us at the email below.
• You can uninstall the app at any time to stop all data collection.

8. Data Security

All data transmitted between the app and Firebase services is encrypted in transit using TLS. We rely on Google's infrastructure security practices to protect stored data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
